About these terms
These terms form the agreement between you and Premium Account for access to agency advertising accounts, funding and related support. Using the service means you accept them.
What we provide
We give you authorised access to advertising accounts held within our agency structure, together with top-up handling and manager support. The accounts stay ours; your right to use them lasts for the paid period and cannot be passed to anyone else.
Eligibility
You confirm that you act for a lawful business and that the details you give us are accurate and kept up to date.
Pricing, billing and top-ups
- Plan fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle.
- A percentage fee on spend applies where your plan states it.
- Advertising budgets are funded by you and credited to your accounts.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your campaigns, creatives and landing pages, and for meeting every rule of the platforms you advertise on. Prohibited or deceptive activity is not allowed on our accounts.
Replacements and availability
On eligible plans we replace flagged accounts as fast as we can, usually the same business day. We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform access, and replacements do not cover losses caused by misuse.
Suspension and ending the agreement
Plans run month to month. You may stop before the next cycle; we may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for decisions made by advertising platforms, for lost profit, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous month.
Indemnity
You agree to cover Premium Account against claims arising from your campaigns, your content, or your breach of these terms.
Updates
We may revise these terms and will flag material changes ahead of time. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.
